Treatment operators looking for ways to engage young kids in potecting water resources now have a new tool. The Water Environment Federation has released a coloring book, "Catch a Ride on the Water Cycle," aimed at grades 1-3. This 8-page booklet offers kids five ways to "take care of our awesome H2O."The advice includes picking up pet poop, saving rainwater in a rain barrel, turning off the tap while brushing teeth, putting only the right things in toilets, and drinking plenty of water for good health.
