Polibrid 705E, distributed by AkzoNobel, is an odorless, zero VOC, two-component coating designed to protect concrete and steel in severe service environments. The coating has been sold in the U.S. since the 1980s. The ultrahigh-build, solvent-free elastomeric polyurethane cures fast and dries into a dense, crack-resistant elastic membrane that can withstand the expansion and contraction of concrete while providing protection to rivets, bolts, edges and other surface imperfections. Geotextile fabric may also be embedded within the coating to produce reinforced, bonded geomembrane linings. 440/234-2900; www.akzonobel.com
